IRONCLAD E-STORE - RETURN POLICY

Ironclad items may be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days from your order date provided the product is in its original packaging. You must contact Ironclad Authentics within 30 days from purchase date to initiate a return. It is important that you include the detailed reason that you are requesting a return. Once your return is authorized, Ironclad will issue return instructions. It is important that you follow the instructions for returns or your return may not be processed.

PLEASE NOTE:

Ø Your returned items must reach us within 30 days of return notification. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for refund nor returned.

Ø Ironclad must be notified of return request by email at: customerservice@IroncladAuthentics.com. We will issue you an RA number which must be included with the item in order to process the return. Return instructions will also be provided.

Ø When we receive your returned item, we will refund your order amount less the original shipping charges. Refunds over $500 may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Ø All returns and exchanges must be in “as shipped”, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed more worn, used, or dirty than when originally shipped to the purchaser will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.

Ø We recommend that you ship the package back to us using a credible shipping provider and method, allowing for shipment tracking and insurance for purchase value.

Ø All items will be inspected by Ironclad Authentics upon receipt. In order to process your return and credit, the items must be returned in “as shipped” condition and in original packaging

Time frame for Credits
Our fulfillment center and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 20 days after we receive the items to process your credit. Returns that are received incomplete or outside the guidelines listed above may increase your processing time or may not be processed.
