Ironclad Auctions Return Policy:
All auction sales are final. Returned items to Ironclad will not be accepted.
In the case of a damaged shipment, please keep all packaging and materials as is and contact Ironclad Authentics immediately. Ironclad will then file a claim with the shipping carrier and follow the necessary steps that the carrier requires.

Shipping Methods
Ironclad Auctions will ship all items via UPS Ground within 2-5 days of auction closing. Shipments may be upgraded or a different carrier may be used by request. All requests should be emailed to auctions@ironcladauthentics.com or called in to 1-800-820-7923 within 1 day of auction closing
